Pear & Ginger Spritz

Ingredients (per cocktail)
1 oz pear juice
1 oz ginger syrup
1 oz pear liqueur
4 oz dry sparkling wine
ice
Ginger Syrup
Over medium heat, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan.
Peel and slice a large chunk of ginger and add to the pot.
Bring to a boil and simmer 30-45 minutes.
Let cool and strain through a fine-mesh strainer.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Prepare drink
Over ice, combine pear juice, ginger syrup and pear liqueur.
Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a pear slice. OH
