Colour Trends 2023: The Return of Colour!

For 2023 we want to celebrate colour! We feel that people are ready to bring upbeat energy into their homes and there is no better way to do that than with paint colour. Raspberry Blush 2008-30, Benjamin Moore’s Colour of the Year for 2023, is a charismatic, confident hue that inspires us to propel out of our colour comfort zones and embrace more dynamic colour choices. Raspberry Blush is a saturated red-orange with a playful hint of pink that feels lively, warm and exuberant when enveloping an entire room or even in a small gesture as an accent wall or painted piece of furniture.

In recent years, we noted colours that had a softened, muted quality that is certainly still relevant in today’s trends landscape, however our research has shown a movement towards more saturated and unexpected colour use. Bold, fun and playful hues can be delivered as small, yet strategic accents that complement one’s beloved neutrals, or for some, deep-diving fearlessly into floor to ceiling colour is desired for an engaging, full sensory experience.
