MATERIALS
Cutting board
Paper roll
Clip clamps with holes
Upholstery tack
Cork board
Pencil
Pen
Twine
Craft sticks
Glue
4 washers
DIRECTIONS
1. Determine where to place the paper roll, supporting craft sticks, cork board and clip clamps. Mark with a pencil.
2.Thread twine through paper roll and tie around board handle to desired length.
3. Attach craft sticks to the board with upholstery tacks, making sure to include small washers between stick and board to allow paper to slide smoothly.
4. Slide end of paper roll through both craft sticks.
5. Attach clips to left side with a tack, nail or screw.
6. Tap one tack into the top right side of board. Tie twine to pen and hang from tack.
7. Cut cork board to fit on right side between paper and edge of board. Glue cork board in place.
